We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We use the enquiry information collected to contact you to discuss our services and, when in line with preferences that you have shared with us, to provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information as per the enquiry information.

PUBLICATION DATA
Where you submit personal information for publication (Publication Data) on our website (e.g. testimonials, comments), we will publish and otherwise use that information in accordance with the license you grant to us.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Any credit/debit card payments and other payments you make will be processed by our third party payment providers. Carla Tier Photography does not directly process or store the debit/credit card data that you submit.

DATA RETENTION
We will keep your personal data only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or for the duration required by any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements, whichever is the longer. In particular, we retain your personal data for 7 years after your photography session and we retain digital files of your photographs for 7 years. When you consent to receive marketing communications, we will keep your data until you unsubscribe. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period we will securely destroy your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
